Booking Agreement

By completing a booking through eastportemerald.com, you agree to these terms. Your booking is a contract between you and Runabell Holdings LLC.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Self check-in via smart lock code (provided before arrival)

House Rules

Maximum 4 guests
No smoking inside the property
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
Pets not allowed

Payment

Full payment is collected at time of booking via Stripe. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes and fees.

Property Care

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in reasonable condition. Excessive damage or cleaning required beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

Liability

Runabell Holdings LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
